is in full working order apart from volume buttons have fell off but still can turn up and down and the power button up to as fell off too but still can use .
the phone case a crack mark at back off phone but does not affect iphone what so ever . the screen is 100% perfect with no faults.
so get you self a case 4 it and none would even notice lol
