very minor scratches,you can barely see them.
unlocked to all netwroks,you just throw in any sim and it will work seamlessly.
included with the device 4GB Sandisk memory card, original HTC wall charger with data cable, 2 extra used Anker batteries (gives longer battery time than original HTC battery) and a charging dock.
