nokia n8 on o2 recieved today(16/01/12),used for 1 hour, unwaned upgrade *

brand new nokia n8, recieved today as an unwanted upgrade, was taken out of box, updated, and used for an hour then put back in its box as i dont like it. sticking to my blackberry. comes boxed with evrything as its brand new.
